From composting landscaping residuals to agricultural by products, Blue Hen Organics has become an industry leader in organic recycling on the Delmarva Peninsula.  Blue Hen prides intself in consistently supplying the landscaping, golf course, and hrticultural industry with environmentally-friendl organic soil amendments of the highest quality.

Blue Hen Organics Organic Recycling Facility is located on 46 acres just west of Frankford and Dagsboro, Delaware on Fox Run Road.  The facility is open 7 days a week for material drop off and product purchases.  Our facility is the first DNREC permitted landscaping residual composting facility in Sussex County, Delaware and is capable of processing up to 50,000 cubic yards of material annually.  This facility currently accepts all types of vegitative debris, yard waste, land clearing debris, and poultry manure.
